Through an expertise in the movements of chemicals around the world, NETCO has the unique ability to advise clients on time-charter and S&P trends, and on which way freight markets will go. We broke on to the time-charter and S&P scene in the early part of the decade after putting several vessels on time-charter. We are growing rapidly in this area, which has allowed us to develop several opportunities in financing.
